Radiation in Tokyo
I bought a dosimeter RAE DoseRAE2, and measured amount of radiation in and around my office.
The measured dose equivalents are 0.05-0.07 Sv/h in the office, and 0.07-0.09 Sv/h outside the office.
These values include natural radiation such as cosmic rays.

nuclear power plants
Every nuclear power plant is stopped for checking every 13 months. After the checking, the plant can not be rebooted without acceptance by the governor of the town/city/prefecture where the plant exists.
After the accident of Fukushima, no plants are rebooted after checking...
In the next summer, all plants will have been stopped and not rebooted....maybe. Thus, electricity shortage will be coming...
